In Expedia Group's Travel Creator Program, you mainly get paid paid when travelers book via your website, social media, blog, app and more and complete their trips. We understand that payment is important in any creator or affiliate program. Below, we've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions to help you understand how, where and when you can expect to be receive payments.

Payments within the Expedia Group Travel Creator Program are sent to the bank account you set up in your account. Note that you may see the name 'Partnerize' in your bank statements, which refers to the third-party vendor we use to process payments.
Commission amounts by brand site, country, and travel product, such as a hotel, flight, vacation rental, etc. For instance, you may receive different commission amounts for a completed hotel stay booked via Hotels.com compared to a completed car booking booked via Expedia.
You will find updated commission amounts under Commission Terms when you log in to your account.
The commission rates as defined in the table within the Commission Terms page show how commission rates differ by travel product, but not by country. Some travel products are available only on certain brands.
It's important to note that we can only pay commission for completed or consumed trips. For example, if someone books and pays today for a trip that starts in 6 months, you will be paid after the trip has been completed in 6+ months.
We process payments monthly. Depending on the time of the month, it may take between 60 to 150 days after a trip has been completed for you to receive payment.
Commissions shall be payable once the Partner has earned aggregated commissions above the following minimum payment threshold: £20/US$30/€30 per currency per month. For more information on payment, refer to Partnerize T&Cs here.
You may see different payment statuses as your earnings move through the payment process. Here’s what each status means for both video and booking payments:
Earnings confirmed: Your video has been accepted, and your earnings are now confirmed. You can expect to receive your payment within 90 days.
Scheduled: An invoice has been submitted to Expedia by Partnerize. Your payment should be finalized within 60 days.
Paid to Partnerize: Expedia has sent the funds to Partnerize. Your payment will be deposited into your bank account within 10 business days.

Earnings confirmed: Your booking has been consumed, and your earnings are now confirmed. You can expect to receive your payment within 150 days.
Scheduled: An invoice has been submitted to Expedia by Partnerize. Your payment should be finalized within 60 days.
Paid to Partnerize: Expedia has sent the funds to Partnerize. Your payment will be deposited into your bank account within 10 business days, once the minimum commission threshold is met.

Trips completed before June 2024: For these trips, the Payment Status column will show Status Unavailable. This means specific payment details and dates are not available. This will not impact any payments from Partnerize to your account.

Trips completed between June 2024 and May 2025: For trips within this period, you'll see various payment statuses (e.g., "Earning Confirmed" "Scheduled" "Paid to Partnerize"). However, these statuses will not include specific dates.

Trips completed from June 2025: For any trips completed from June 2025, you will find the detailed payment status (e.g., "Earning Confirmed" "Scheduled" "Paid to Partnerize") along with the relevant dates for each status.
