If you haven’t received your payment, check the following:
1. Check the payment status in the performance tab
Earnings confirmed: Your booking has been consumed, and your earnings are now confirmed. You can expect to receive your payment within 150 days.
Scheduled: An invoice has been submitted to Expedia by Partnerize. Your payment should be finalized within 60 days.
Paid to Partnerize: Expedia has sent the funds to Partnerize. Your payment will be deposited into your bank account within 10 business days, once the minimum commission threshold is met.
2. Verify Transaction Completion
- Trip must be completed: Commissions are paid only for completed or consumed trips. For example, if a trip is booked today but starts in six months, payment will be issued after the trip ends.
- Payment processing timeline: Payments are processed monthly. It may take 60–150 days after trip completion to receive your commission.
3. Confirm Bank Details
- Add bank details: For accounts created after January 23, 2024, update payment details in the "Bank Details" section of your Affiliate Hub account. For accounts created before this date, log in to the Partnerize platform to provide your bank details.
4. Meet Minimum Commission Threshold
- Minimum threshold: Commissions are payable once your aggregated earnings exceed £20, US$30, or €30 per currency per month.
