Why can't I see the Creator Toolbox after activating it?

  1. If you opened the Creator Toolbox while Expedia Group site pages were active in the background, refresh those pages.
  2. If the Creator Toolbox still doesn’t appear after refreshing, try these steps:
    • Disable the Creator Toolbox in your Account Settings.
    • Re-enable it by switching the toggle to "On."
    • If your cookies are deleted, the Creator Toolbox may disappear. To restore it, relaunch the Creator Toolbox.
