Why can't I see the Travel Shops "+" sign?

If you’re unable to connect your account or see the Travel Shops "+" sign in the Expedia app, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Update the Expedia app

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the Expedia app installed.
  • Check for updates in your device’s app store and install if available.

     

2. Verify point of sale settings

  • Confirm that the point of sale in the app matches the one used when creating your Travel Shop in the Creator Hub.
  • Steps to check:
    1. Open the Expedia app and go to Account.
    2. Navigate to Security and Settings.
    3. Check Region to ensure it matches your Travel Shop’s Point of Sale.
